How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for weekend events, and 1–2 months ahead for summer holidays, graduation season, and larger events. That said, we always try to accommodate last-minute requests — contact us and we'll do our best!
Do you deliver, set up, and pick up? +
Yes! We offer full-service delivery, setup, and breakdown for most rental items. Delivery fees are based on distance from our warehouse. We'll arrive within your scheduled window, set everything up to your specifications, and return after your event to collect everything.
What is your service area? +
We serve Southern New Jersey including Ocean, Burlington, Atlantic, Cape May, Camden, Gloucester, and Eastern Cumberland counties. Contact us with your zip code and we'll confirm availability and any applicable delivery fees.
What happens if something gets damaged? +
Normal wear and tear is always expected and covered. Significant damage from misuse or accidents may result in a replacement fee. We'll go over our damage policy clearly before your rental. We're fair and reasonable — we just ask that equipment is treated with care.
Can I pick up rentals myself? +
For most smaller items like chairs, tables, yard games, and concession machines — yes! Customer pickup is available and saves on delivery fees. Larger items like tents typically require our team to deliver and set up properly. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or multiple bookings? +
